The common symptoms of psoriasis are primarily manifested as clinical features of plaque psoriasis, which accounts for the highest proportion among all psoriasis patients in clinical settings, typically over 90%. Therefore, this type of psoriasis represents the most prevalent form of the condition. It generally presents as inflammatory red papules or plaques, with multilayered scales forming on these lesions. Scraping off these scales may result in the appearance of a thin membrane and pinpoint bleeding. These skin lesions can potentially affect the entire body, most commonly occurring on the scalp, trunk, and extensor surfaces of the limbs. Some individuals may experience varying degrees of itching symptoms.
